5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Pivotal Point requires at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations and rescheduling.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to fees in accordance with our Cancellation and No-Show Policy.

The current policy is available on the Website and may also be provided during the appointment-booking process.

6. Self-Pay Practice
Pivotal Point is a self-pay practice and does not accept or bill health insurance.

Patients are responsible for payment for services received.

If you wish to seek reimbursement independently from an insurance company or other benefit program, you are responsible for determining whether your plan provides any reimbursement and what documentation it requires.

Pivotal Point does not guarantee reimbursement from any insurance company or benefit program.
